Donald D. “Don” Lindley ’49, PSYCH, celebrated his 55th wedding anniversary with his wife, Lillian, in Sept. 2003. The couple resides in Manhattan, Kan.

Frederick L. Schumaker ’49, PSYCH, has retired from the Department of Defense as an industrial engineer. He and his wife Phillis fs ’94, a retired corporate business planner for Boeing Wichita, live in Wichita.*

Randall D. “Randy” Barron ’51, PSYCH, is a retired president of the Missouri Division of Southwestern Bell. He lives in Chesterfield, Mo.*

Max E. Hubbard ’57, ADMN, is a realtor with Prudential Dinning-Beard in Wichita, where he lives.*

Billie L. (Covell) Knighton ’57, EL ED, ’88 M LIB S, is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker with the Counseling & Mediation Center Inc. in Wichita, where she also lives.

Gerald E. Kipers ’59, MUS ED, ’66 M MUS ED, retired music teacher, celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary with his wife, Betty, in Feb. 2003. They live in Topeka, Kan.*

Henry M. Riner ’59, GEO, is a retired air traffic controller. He lives in Olathe, Kan.

Bill J. Wiesner ’59, GEN BUS, vice president of sales for the Purifan Co. in Wichita, serves on the WSU Alumni Association’s 2003-04 board of directors as vice president of alumni programs. He resides in Wichita.*

C. Duane Dauner ’62, MATH, ’64 M MATH, the president and CEO of the California Healthcare Association, has been recognized by the Partners in Care Foundation with the 2004 Mathies Award, for his career leadership in health care policy. Dauner resides and works in Sacramento, Calif.

Lyman M. Lauver ’63, PSYCH, a minister in the United Methodist Church and a licensed psychologist in Minnesota, is working on his dissertation on the mechanism of action of placebos through the graduate program at Saybrook University, San Francisco, Calif. He lives in Ludington, Mich.

Gary D. Carson ’64, ART S, ’67 M ART S, was recently a guest artist at the Sandzen Gallery in Lindsborg, Kan. Carson is a visual merchandise manager for Carson Gallery and Studio in Wichita, where he resides.

Dennis D. Fackler ’66, SOC/ANTHRO, is a consumer loan officer at First National Bank & Trust Co. in Leavenworth, Kan., where he lives.

Harriett E. (Frazey) Ranney ’66, M MUS C, retired in Aug. 2001 as an associate professor from the University of Montana, where she served as a music librarian at the Mansfield Library. Ranney now works at the Free Library of Philadelphia, where she is cataloging the Edwin A. Fleisher Orchestral Collection of scores and performance parts. The collection, which contains a cross-section of orchestral works from around the globe, is estimated to hold 20,000 works, making it the largest such collection in the world. Ranney lives in Philadelphia.

Cornelius P.  “Neal” Van der Voorn ’66, HIST, is a medical librarian with Multicare Health Systems, a health care organization headquartered in Tacoma, Wash., and consisting of three hospitals and clinics in the south Puget Sound region of Washington state. Van der Voorn makes his home in Gig Harbor, Wash.*

R. Kent Dove ’67, SOC/ANTHRO, former director of development at Northview Developmental Services Inc. and Friendly Acres Retirement Community, is now executive director of the Harvey County, Kan., United Way. He resides in Sedgwick, Kan.

Wyatt K. McCrea ’67, ART ED, ’73 M ART S, a Wichita Collegiate School art teacher, traveled to Savannah, Ga., last August to participate in the Savannah College of Art and Design Art Educators’ Forum, a workshop provided by the college for high school and college art teachers. McCrea lives in Wichita.

Larry M. Peak ’67, PSYCH, is supervisor of mental health services at Episcopal Social Services in Wichita, where he lives.*

David J. Anderson ’68, ADMN, president of Dealers Leasing, a Wichita company that leases cars, computers, furniture and phone systems to businesses, is leading the company’s move to a new location and an updated identity. Anderson lives in Wichita.*

James T. Hamilton ’68, ACCT, has been appointed secretary of American Trust in Dubuque, Iowa, has been elected to the American Trust Board of Directors and appointed secretary of Amtrust Inc., where he serves as director and treasurer. Hamilton lives in Dubuque.

Raymond R. Dorsett ’69, BIO, ’82 M COMM, president of Harvest Communications, has seen his business grow into a newly renovated building in downtown Wichita. Among the company’s recent contracts is a one-year deal with Wichita State: Harvest produces images for the 18-foot-tall video screens on Koch Arena’s new $750,000 scoreboard. Dorsett lives in Wichita.

Earl G. Yarbrough ’69, I ED, vice president for academic and student affairs at Virginia State University in Petersburg, Va., was one of a few distinguished final candidates for the presidency of South Carolina State University, a historically African-American institution. He lives in Chesterfield, Va.*

Nancy R. (Fellers) Davis ’70, EL ED, a retired elementary school teacher, resides in Goddard, Kan.*

Thomas R. “Tom” Devlin fs ’70, co-founder of Rent-a-Center, founder of the Flint Hills National Golf Club and president/chairman of Devlin Enterprises, Wichita, is the subject of a new book, Playing Through, the first in a series of leadership books produced by WSU’s Center for Entrepreneurship. Devlin lives in Augusta, Kan.

Jerald J. Killion ’70, PHYS, ’71, M PHYS, is a retired associate professor of cell biology at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. He resides in Prosper, Texas.

Helen L. (Cornelsen) Nicoli ’70, MUS ED, ’85 ACCT, controller with Schaefer Johnson Cox Frey & Associates, is 2003-04 secretary of the Wichita chapter of Executive Women International. Nicoli lives in Wichita.

Scott W. Stucky ’70, HIST, was retired from the Air Force Reserve in Washington, D.C., on Nov. 13, 2003. Col. Stucky was awarded the Legion of Merit for “exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the United States” as an Air Force Reserve Individual Mobilization Augmentee from 1995 to the present. At the time of his retirement, he served as the Senior IMA to the Chief Judge of the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, the service court that hears appeals from courts-martial. In civilian life, Stucky serves as general counsel to the Senate Armed Services Committee. He lives in Potomac, Md.*

Betty A. (Reichard) Sullivan ’70, SPG, ’83 M NURS, one of the early entrepreneurs in psychiatric mental health in Kansas, received the Patricia A. Devine Award for Excellence in Psychiatric/ Mental Health Nursing Practice at the 91st Annual Kansas State Nurses Association convention. Sullivan is an assistant professor emeritus of psychiatric mental health nursing at WSU. She lives in Wichita.*

David L. Dahl ’71, ADMN, ’74, M BUS ADMN, attorney with Johnson Kennedy Dahl & Willis, Wichita, serves on the wsu Alumni Association’s 2003-04 board of directors as vice president of alumni programs. He lives in Wichita.*

Charles R. Greer ’71, ADMN, is associate dean of the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, where he lives.

Michael J. “Mike” Kennedy ’71, MUS ED, a partner in Press Box Productions of Wichita, known as the “Voice of WSU” for his longstanding coverage of Shocker sports, has donated audio from his archives to the Pizza Hut Shocker History Museum at Koch Arena. Fans can hear eight audio clips in the museum, including segments from the 1981 Battle of New Orleans, the 1989 College World Series and the Shocker football victory at KU in 1982. Kennedy resides in Wichita.*

Mary J. “Jeanie” (Bliss) Williams ’71, EL ED, plans to retire in May as a second grade teacher at Tonganoxie, Kan., Elementary School, where she has taught since 1974. She lives in Tonganoxie.

Stanley G. “Stan” Brannan ’72, EE, Wichita entrepreneur and founder of two companies, MicroTek and Brite Voice Systems Inc., is putting his capital behind the making and marketing of the Python Perfect Cutter, a device that allows electricians to quickly cut holes in building materials for the installation of outlets and light fixtures. Brannan believes the company, Python Perfect Cutter Inc., has the potential of reaching $10 million to $50 million in sales in the next year. Brannan lives in Wichita.*

Thomas H. Crooks ’72, ADMN, has been elected vice chair of the board of directors at the Lapeer County Credit Union, Lapeer, Mich. The president of Thomas H. Crooks and Associates, he lives in Lansing, Mich.*

Margaret B. (Leisek) Furan ’72, ART ED, ’75 M SEC ED, former middle school art teacher and current visual arts teaching specialist for Wichita public schools at Wilbur Middle School, is the 2003-04 Outstanding Kansas Art Educator Administration/Supervision. She lives in Wichita.

Wesley E. Galyon ’72, ADMN, is president and CEO of the Wichita Area Builders Association, the largest building trade association in the state of Kansas. He resides in Wichita.

Larry W. Nelson ’72, SEC ED, ’75  M EAS, ’77 SP EAD, former superintendent of USD 354 (Claflin, Kan.), is now director of the Kingman Learning Center in Kingman, Kan., which provides a skills-based high school diploma completion program and other educational services. Nelson resides in Kingman.

Victoria L. (Perkins) Davies ’73, ECON, is a retired substitute teacher who lives in Wichita.*

Donald S. Inbody ’73, MUS ED, ’77 M MUS ED, a captain in the U.S. Navy, assumed command of the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit at the University of Texas at Austin on Aug. 1, 2003. He was previously with the Office of the Secretary of Defense in Washington, D.C., and was the Commanding Officer of USS Duluth (LPD 6), an 18,000-ton amphibious landing ship. He lives in Buda, Texas.

Mary J. (Fitzwater) Oglesby ’73, EL ED, ’85 M EL ED, who taught elementary-school students in Augusta, Kan., for 30 years, retired in Oct. 2003. She lives in Augusta.

Jerry R. Burnell ’74, ADMN, owner of Burnell’s Creative Gold and an expert in precious gemstones, jewelry manufacture and jewelry design, serves as president of the Kansas Jewelers Association and holds a position on the advisory board of Jewelers of America. He resides and works in Wichita.

Michael T. Daggett ’74, ACCT, CPA and partner with Daggett & Daggett, Phoenix, Ariz., has been elected to a three-year term as director-at-large of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy. He lives in Phoenix.

Michael R. Meacham ’74, POL S, ’98 M PUB H, former member of the Kansas House of Representatives (1977-85) and past vice president of integrated health services for the Eastern Connecticut Health Network, is associate professor of health policy and administration at Penn State, University Park, Pa. He resides in State College, Pa.*

Ronald C. Merrick ’74, MCH E, is senior fellow and functional expert in piping engineering for Fluor, a worldwide engineering and construction company. He lives in Houston, Texas.

Anthony A. Utter ’74, POL S, a former attorney engaged in civil and criminal litigation and a licensed real estate broker with 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, has opened Utter Commercial Real Estate in Wichita, where he also resides.*

Stanley E. Jones ’75, MUS ED serves as associate pastor of worship at First Southern Baptist Church in Liberal, Kan., where he resides.

Arneatha K. Martin ’75, NURS, ’80 M NURS, a founding member of the Wichita Black Nurses Association, celebrated the association’s 30th anniversary with other members last August. Martin is ARNP/MN/RN and CEO of the Center of Health and Wellness in Wichita, where she lives.*

Joe B. Poston ’75, EL ED, is president of Miracle Signs in Wichita. The company has created outdoor signs for a number of Wichita businesses, including Warren Theatres, Spangles and the Orpheum Theatre. Poston lives in Wichita.

David L. Kinder ’76, M ART S, ’85 ART ED, Garden City Community College art instructor, displayed his paintings during the college’s 2003-04 faculty exhibition. He lives in Garden City, Kan.

W. Ronald Olin ’76, M AJ, has served as chief of police for the Lawrence, Kan., Police Department for 16 years. He presides over a force that has roughly doubled in size since he accepted the position in 1987. Olin lives in Lawrence.*

Ronald W. “Ron” Holt ’77, M BUS A, director of culture, entertainment and recreation for Sedgwick County, has been elected to the WSU Alumni Association’s 2003-04 board of directors as vice president of university programs. He lives in Wichita.*

Anita S. Leonard ’77, NURS, a registered nurse who works for the Cotton O’Neil Clinic in Topeka, Kan., was recognized as Nurse of the Year for 2003 by readers of the Topeka Capital-Journal, specifically for her work in oncology. She lives in Topeka.*

Delma J. Pearson ’77, NURS, a registered nurse and diabetes educator at the Hutchinson Hospital, has retired after more than three decades with the hospital. She lives in Hutchinson, Kan.

James L. Walker ’77, ACCT, ’82, M BUS A, is employed by American Water Purification, a company that designs, constructs and operates systems to recycle waste water, primarily in poultry processing plants. Walker lives in Wichita.

Clifford V. “Cliff” Barnard ’78, BIO, works as a child welfare specialist for the Department of Human Services and Child Welfare in Miami, Okla. He resides in Grove, Okla.

Gary L. Buettegenbach ’78, ART S, ’88 ART ED, an art teacher at Wichita Collegiate School, traveled to Savannah, Ga., last August to participate in the Savannah College of Art and Design Art Educators’ Forum. He lives in Wichita.

Edward A. Burger ’78, ACCT, is president of RD Hubbard Enterprises Inc. in Palm Desert, Calif., where he lives.

Alberta F. Gibson ’78, MUS ED, ’83 M MUS ED, a teacher with the Rose Hill, Kan., school district, was honored with a five-year service award in Aug. 2003. Gibson lives in Rose Hill.

Tona L. (Veh) Leiker ’78, NURS, ’84, M NURS, is chair of the nursing program at Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kan. She resides in Andover, Kan.*

Steven D. Penner ’78, BIO, a Wichita family physician, has been honored with the Exemplary Teaching Award by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Penner lives in Wichita.

Rochelle Boster ’79, M ISEP, has been hired as principal of Jackson Elementary School in Wichita. The school, currently under construction, is scheduled to open for the 2004-05 school year. Boster lives in Newton, Kan.

Brenda L. (Rua) Chappell ’79, M AJ, a probation officer with the Crawford County (Kan.) District Court, received her 30-year service pin last November. She lives in Pittsburg, Kan.

Jeannine M. (Darbro) Cobb ’79, NURS, an OB/GYN and partner in the Wichita Clinic, has completed the recertification examination by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She lives in Wichita.*

Edward R. Flora ’79, MKT, commander of the 184th Air Refueling Wing of the Kansas Air National Guard at McConnell Air Force Base, was parade marshal for the El Dorado, Kan., Celebration of Freedom Parade, held Nov. 6, 2003. He lives in Sedgwick, Kan.

Robert S. “Rob” Kenagy ’79, ADMN, serves as chief medical officer of the Wichita Clinic in Wichita, where he resides.*

Gayle E. Porter ’79, ADMN, ’82 M BUS A, an associate professor of management at Rutgers University, Camden, N.J., has co-authored the study “Addiction to Technology and Work: An Imprudent Use of Human Resources.” Porter and Nada Kakabadse, a faculty member at the Northampton Business School in the United Kingdom, analyzed some of the problems that workaholism and addiction to technologies (such as laptop computers and cellular phones) can cause individuals and organizations. In 2003, Porter received the Provost’s Teaching Excellence Award, a top honor for exemplary educators at the Camden campus of Rutgers. She lives in Haddonfield, N.J.

Kenneth F. Shannon ’79, ADMN, president and CEO of Metal-Fab Inc., was elected president for the 2003-04 board year of the Greater Wichita YMCA. He lives in Wichita.

William W. Stevens ’79, BIO, is owner of Cypress Aesthetics, a company that specializes in all facets of cosmetics and aesthetic skin care. Stevens is also certified in OB/GYN and has been in practice since 1987. He resides in Wichita.

Connie L. Stone ’79, M ISEP, a teacher for the Rose Hill, Kan., school district, has been recognized for 25 years of service. She lives in Derby, Kan.

John C. Wadsworth ’79, MCH E, is owner and president of Piping & Equipment Co. in Wichita, where he also resides.

Jackie L. (Ratts) Wise ’79, GEN S, general manager of Entercom Radio in Wichita, is chair-elect of the Kansas Association of Broadcasters for 2004. Wise lives in Mulvane, Kan.*

Julie-Ellen (Stallard) Acosta ’80, EE, ’84 M EE, director of quality and process improvement with Boeing Wichita, is one of 20 honorees selected to receive the first Women in Business awards, recognizing women business leaders in the Wichita community and sponsored by the Wichita Business Journal. Acosta resides in Wichita.*

Pamela C. (Clancy) Ammar ’80, DH, partner and attorney with Woodard Hernandez Roth & Day LLC, is one of 20 honorees selected to receive the first Women in Business awards, recognizing women business leaders in the Wichita community. Ammar lives and works in Wichita.*

Dennis R. Clements ’80, MUS ED, is director of music and the arts at Faith Presbyterian Church in Seminole, Fla., where he also resides.*

Jean K. (Kindel) Garvey fs ’80, well-known Wichita philanthropist, serves as a board member for the Salvation Army, the Independent School, which she helped found in 1980, and the Wichita Symphony. She also helps manage downtown Wichita’s Garvey Center, a business and apartment complex. She lives in Wichita.*

Terri S. (Richter) Moses ’80, AJ, ’90 M AJ, deputy chief of the Wichita Police Department and president of the WSU Alumni Association, took home one of the first 20 Women in Business awards presented by the Wichita Business Journal in 2003. Moses lives in Wichita.*

Rodney F. “Rod” Nuckolls ’80, ADMN, golf pro and co-owner of Nuckolls Golf Inc., owns, along with his brother, Rick, Wichita’s Willowbend Golf Course. Nuckolls resides in Wichita.

Robin M. “Robb” Rose ’80, RT, director of marketing operations for Wesley Rehabilitation Hospital in Wichita, serves on the American Lung Association Regional Council and the American Heart Association Board of Directors in addition to working as a WSU adjunct faculty member, a respiratory therapist and a boarded disability analyst. He lives in Wichita.*

Kimberly A. (Becker) Thomas ’80, EL ED, ’84 M EL ED, a teacher at McLean Elementary School in Wichita, was a finalist in the 2003 Kansas Teacher of the Year competition. She lives in Wichita.

Donna J. (Brown) Walker ’80, SEC ED, ’85 M SEC ED, a teacher with the Rose Hill, Kan., school district for the past 20 years, has been selected as Master Teacher at the middle school level. Walker resides in Rose Hill.

Susayn C. (Peer) Brandes ’81, BUS A, is president and COO of Great Plains Ventures, a holding company with four subsidiaries: Aerospace Systems & Components Inc., Great Plains Industries Inc., Hillsboro Industries Inc. and PowderTech LLC, a powder coating operation. As head of the $35 million business, Brandes says the changes she’s made since accepting the top position in 2001 include limited downsizing, diversifying the company’s core enterprises and entering new markets. She lives in Andover, Kan.

Jeffrey W. Donham ’81, MKT, is a real estate loan manager with Credit Union of America in Wichita. Donham lives in Derby, Kan.

Marjean M. Harris ’81, GEN S, an LSCSW with Prairie View Inc., has earned distinction as a certified sex therapist from the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists. She lives in Moundridge, Kan.

Rhandalee (Donaldson) Hinman ’81, BUS A, owner of Hinman & Associates, Wichita, served as public relations chairwoman for the 2003 state conference of the Kansas Society for Human Resource Management. She lives in Wichita.

James J. Mischler ’81, HCA, has entered the Ph.D. program in English at Oklahoma State University, where he also teaches. He resides in Stillwater, Okla.*

Kris S. (Piderit) Bohanan ’82, M ART ED, was named 2003 Kansas Art Educator of the Year by the Kansas Art Educators Association. Bonahan is an art teacher at Haven Grade School in Haven, Kan., and lives in Colwich, Kan.

Haider A. Dajani ’82, MCH E, is a managing director for Ideal Trading Group Co., a collection of six companies focused on providing quality information systems to the Jordanian community. Dajani works in Amman, Jordan, where he lives.

P. Marvel (Logan) Darrough ’82, M NURS, an advanced registered nurse practioner (ARNP) for persons with diabetes, works at Diabetes Care of Kansas in Wichita, where she lives.*

Tamara L. (Phye) Davis ’82, AA, ’85 FIN, an attorney with Rebein Bengerter PA in Dodge City, Kan., was appointed to the Kansas Bar Association Journal’s Board of Editors for 2003-04. She has held this position since 1999. Davis lives in Dodge City.

Meggin J. Demoss ’82, PE, ’89 M PE, a teacher with the Rose Hill, Kan., school district, has been recognized with a five-year service award. Demoss lives in Rose Hill.

Paul W. Ediger ’82, SPG, has left his position as president of Home State Bank & Trust in McPherson, Kan., to continue in a “semi-retired” capacity on the bank’s staff. Ediger lives in Hesston, Kan.

Annette Graham ’82, GERON, Sedgwick County director of aging, has been elected president of the Kansas Area Agency on Aging Association. She resides in Wichita.

Dean E. Headley ’82, BUS A, professor of marketing and entrepreneurship at WSU, has been elected to serve as the vice president of membership and volunteer recruitment on the 2003-04 WSU Alumni Association’s board of directors. He lives in Wichita.*

Steven M. Johnson ’82, ACCT, is CEO of Total Entertainment Restaurant Corp., which owns 62 restaurants located from Phoenix, Ariz., to Philadelphia, Pa. Johnson resides in Wichita.

John C. Messman ’82, PERS, serves as director of labor relations for the Boeing Co. in Chicago, Ill. He lives in Batavia, Ill.

Sheryl L. (Miller) Wohlford ’82, HCA, president and co-owner of Automation-Plus Inc., is one of 20 recipients of the first Women in Business awards, recognizing women business leaders in the Wichita community. She lives in Wichita.*

Barbara (Zajac) Bunting ’83, SPG, is coordinator of development and community education at Northview Developmental Services Inc., a not-for-profit organization that serves adults and children with mental retardation, in Newton, Kan. She resides in Newton.

William G. Mohr ’83, MCH E, is associate director for Professional Engineering Consultants PA in Lawrence, Kan., where he resides.

Ken A. Rickard ’83, M EAD, is principal of Newton High School in Newton, Kan. He lives  in Wichita.

Alan J. Shepherd ’83, PE, ’99 M SP ADMN, is the women’s soccer coach at Newman University in Wichita, where he resides.

Julie K. (Penner) Buzbee ’84, JOURN, is director of communications for the Kansas East Conference of the United Methodist Church, which encompasses 335 churches in the eastern third of Kansas. A resident of Topeka, Kan., Buzbee placed first in the 2003 National Federation of Press Women communications contest in the category of Writing for the Web, for articles published by the United Methodist News Service; she also placed third in Section Regularly Edited (Faith & Ethics) for her work with the St. Joseph (Mo.) News-Press.

John J. Deardoff ’84, M URB A, has been city manager of Dodge City, Kan., for nearly 10 years. He lives in Dodge City.

Nancy McCabe ’84, ENG CR has written a memoir chronicling her adoption of a Chinese daughter. Meeting Sophie, published by the University of Missouri Press, is available at local bookstores. McCabe is the writing program director at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford in Bradford, Pa., where she lives.

Jeanatta C. Rains ’84, PSYCH, ’87 M PSYCH, is director of Elliot Hospital’s Center for Sleep Evaluation in Manchester, N.H. The center is a state-of-the-art sleep disorder assessment center. Rains lives in Manchester.

Cherie Wenderott ’84, AA, ’88 MGT, ’89 M CSP, is employment director for Wichita’s Senior Services Inc. Senior Employment Program, which focuses on helping individuals 55 and older find jobs. For five years straight, she has received state awards for the highest number of new job seekers and of seniors placed in jobs. She lives in Wichita.

Martin E. Winslow ’84, INT S, ’90 M BUS A, is group vice president for Nueterra Healthcare (formerly the ASC Group), a company with the primary mission of empowering local physicians and allowing for custom care to patients at a variety of venues. Nueterra is based in Stillwell, Kan., and Winslow lives in Olathe, Kan.

John T. Bell ’85, M ENG CR, has joined the faculty at American River College in Sacramento, Calif., as an assistant professor of English. He lives in Carmichael, Calif.

Longsworth ’85, FIN, has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate as deputy administrator of defense nuclear nonproliferation for the National Nuclear Security Administration, a branch of the U.S. Department of Energy. He was administered the oath of office by Secretary of Energy Spencer Abraham on July 30, 2003. Longsworth is now responsible for promoting the Bush administration’s nonproliferation priorities and improving trans-border security to keep dangerous materials from reaching adversaries and U.S. soil. Longsworth, who manages NNSA’s $1.34 billion budget for nuclear nonproliferation, lives in Arlington, Va.
