William R. Pracht '50, GEO, a retired real estate appraiser, owns perhaps the only wetlands area left in Wichita and, at 80, is working to keep the land in its natural state. The land attracts wildlife such as deer, raccoons and geese, and Pracht says he is waiting to see an armadillo. He lives in Wichita.

Robert L. Marshall '56, M EAS, was honored for his contributions to Central Missouri State University's safety science program with the dedication of the Robert L. Marshall Building at the Missouri Safety Center in Warrensburg, Mo., part of the 12-acre Highway Safety Instructional Center. The building houses classrooms and offices for the complex.
